First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay of panel. This has been a HORRIBLE week in regards to judging and also people quitting, but i'd like to thank you all for sticking around. I do this for you guys
----
The 13 remaining girls, each dressed in matching pastels of grey, white and red strut into the room lavished with royal pink hues and strut their way up to the podium in front of the judging panel. Constance, standing ever so statuesque, is clothed in an exclusive Burberry garment with padded shoulders and checkered lining. She puts her hands on her hips and smiles at the girls as they take their places.
“Well, it’s definitely been one long week, ladies. A round full of drama is what we have had, but hopefully, together we can overcome this and concentrate on one thing: and that is finding the next elouai supermodel. I want to say you all did absolutely amazing at your shoot, however a few of you did disappoint the judges. However, it’s finally time to announce what the winner of The Industry will receive!"
SHE WILL LAND A CONTRACT WITH BOUTIQUE FASHION HOUSE BELLABENNETT.
AND BECOME THE GLOBAL FACE OF WORLD RENOWNED BRAND RUTTA.
Guiding you through this intense competition are 3 mentors who all have a thing for fashion.
A woman who knows this industry inside out, agent Geneva Swasson.
Our gorgeous talent in front and behind the camera, Moe Ndaye.
And a diva who works a runway better than me, El Divo Coutura.
This week, you girls made New York your own in a Gossip Girl inspired editorial shoot. Now it’s time for your individual evaluations, and first up is Nereida.
Constance: OH MY GOD. Nereida, this is STUNNING. S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G. By far my favourite photograph of the competition so far. You look gorgeous, sexy, elegant, high fashion, fierce, poised AND expensive. I'm not going to lie, I haven't really been a fan of your look up until now and I was scared how your face would photograph, but this gives me alot of hope. The one thing that really captivates me is that this photograph has an energy, an aura, it evokes feeling. The angle is amazing, the styling is fantastic and you're totally working well with the male model. By far the best of the week for me. Congratulations, keep this up and you're going to get SO far. - 10/10
Moe: I definitely see the Gossip Girl theme in this photo, but it’s just so….boring. I just don’t see the commitment in the face and to be quite honest darling, the male model in the background is showing you up. - 4/10
El Divo: This is an elegant and sexy shot of you girl, but I’m not going to lie. You’ve been leaving me uninspired so far. It’s like everything is there and you’re missing. You’re way too gorgeous and exotic looking to get dropped so soon, so try to be more remarkable next time. It’s a nice shot though. - 7.5/10
Geneva: 6/10
Thankyou, Nereida. Up next is Shadow.
Constance: You seriously have no idea how much I adore your face, Shadow. You know how to model, and this photograph makes that fact even more obvious. But, where is the Gossip Girl? Since when does Blair or Serena wear clothes like that!? You totally missed the most important part of the photoshoot: the breif. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of research to educate yourself on what is required. Another flaw in this photograph for me is the awkward cropping. I know it might be because of the background, but the fact the photo is cropped at the ankles just makes it look unusual, and you seem shorter than you really are. Once you start owning the breif, you're going to be a force to be reckoned with. Overall, a great photograph, but it's not what we were looking for, honey. - 6.5/10
Moe: Stunning. You’re just reeking out of attitude. I absolutely love the way the clothes look on you; It’s high class but still casual. You’re owning the shot even though there is a male model in your shot too. - 10/10
El Divo: Gurl you know that I love you, but Blair doesn’t live in Brooklyn. You look absolutely amazing, Upper East Siders would never take the subway though. Besides that, your potential and skills are enough to send half of these girls home. It’s a great shot overall, just double-check the theme next time. - 9/10
Geneva: 6.5/10
Okay, up next is Ellie.
Constance: First off honey, I can guarantee you won't make it next week if you submit another photograph with a candy bar pose. There are some amazing tracing tutorials found at RTVG, so that's where you'll be heading if you make it past this elimination! Ellie, you're gorgeous - SO gorgeous, and I absolutely adore your black canvas look. You know how to connect with the camera and I can definitely feel an energy coming from your eyes. I really want to see you get far because I think you have what it takes, so it's time to study study study! I want to see a fierce pose we haven't seen before next week. This may save you this week, but a photograph like this just isn't going to cut it in the long run. - 5/10
Moe: Girl, you look pretty and snobbish; the perfect attitude for this Gossip Girl shoot. However, I find the rest of this picture to be boring. I think you could’ve pushed more and shown us something more interesting. But not bad. - 7/10
El Divo: You’re undeniably a gorgeous girl, full of potential but seriously what were you thinking. We wanted something we’ve never seen before and you gave us the exact opposite. Blank canvas doesn’t mean Elouai 101. Go home and study, study, study because it’s a shame for this face to get wasted. - 7/10
Geneva: 5/10
Alright, thank you Ellie. Come on up here, Adele.
Constance: First off, let me tell you how much I adore your creativity and where you went with this. Posing as all four characters is something I didn't expect anyone to do, so it was a fierce suprise to see someone use that idea and pull it off so well! Adele, this is STUNNING! Expensive, chic, couture and innovative. I would like to see some different facial expressions from you though, as you're kind of giving the same face as every character. You're definitely heading in the right direction though, and once we give you a makeover - you're going to be a force to be reckoned with in this competition! Keep it up, gorgeous. - 8.5/10
Moe: Oh…are you sure you’re a girl? TBQH you look absolutely amazing as the male. That’s not to say the rest of the shot is terrible; I think the other two in the background look great and I can tell you were trying to portray the different GG characters, but the purple hair is just so wrong…I also think the you in the front looks a little awkward. - 7.5/10
El Divo: Let me see, Miss Seductive-Serena is grabbing Hunky Archibald while little Jenny is staring at Blair-desperate. It takes some guts to portray 4 characters in one picture, I guess Nate has some. Not enough variety in the face though and that’s killing me. Gurl you’re a slut and you’re a proud of it! Be a diva!. - 8.5/10
Geneva: 6/10
Thanks Adele. Next up is… Jessica.
Constance: Jessica, this is absolutely GORGEOUS. Ugh, this picture is seriously Gossip Girl meets GQ meets Vogue. I love your serene facial expression and how you managed to use those alluring dough eyes to your advantage. You're working well with the male model and not completely outshining him, but it's still clear YOU are owning the shot. Just make sure you change up your expressions as the competition goes on because I have a feeling you could mould yourself into a one look wonder. But keep this up, and you're set. Definitely one of my favourites! - 10/10
Moe: Girl, you look HF and I love the way you’re eyeing that boy. It’s so subtle and slightly mysterious. I think it’s stunning. Your hand looks a little sloppy though… as a model you should be aware of your entire body at all times. - 9/10
El Divo: Oh another case of ugly duckling turned into a swan. There’s a story hiding there and it’s definitely XOXO worthy. The male model is a part of the picture but you are the seductive star. You’re not just a unique-looking girl, this shot proves everything is there. Simply amazing, meet my high expectations next week or die. - 10/10
Geneva: 5/10
Cornelia, you’re next.
Constance: Wow darling, this is definitely a good picture. I love how you have such a regal face, but you can definitely transform your look to make it more modern with a variation of makeup and a different hair style. But the other two models are almost outshining you! When working with other people in the same shot, you have to fight for the spotlight. You want to be the one the reader looks at when they flip through a magazine and see a group shot for Dolce & Gabanna. However, you hit the styling to a tee. I love the slight bend of the knee, but just watch your proportions. Your legs look very short.Other than those few negatives, this is a good start. Keep improving though, otherwise you'll fade into the distance. - 6.5/10
Moe: Cornelia, Hmmm…I think this is okay. I just don’t think you necessarily stand out though. And when I do notice you, all I really see is a dull expression instead of a more snobbish GG type of attitude. - 5/10
El Divo: Let’s face it, you were made for this shoot, it’s like you’re Queen B or something. You’ve got the styling and the bitchy thing working on, but these two models steal my attention. You look 5’3”, blame it on the angle I guess. Keep improving and I can see you stepping on everyone’s head soon. - 8.5/10
Geneva: 6/10
Thankyou Cornelia. Your turn, Miss Jolinne.
Constance: I'm VERY excited to have you back, miss thang! You were so entertaining in casting, so keep bringing us that diva personality. The fact you have such a strong, classicly beautiful face makes it even more ludacris you didn't make the cast, so you're back for both reasons. This photograph is very sexy, but i'm not really seeing a Gossip Girl. You look incredible, but I would've liked to have a seen a little more colour in not only the outfit, but the general energy of the picture. It's just a little too adult for what we wanted, not necessarily in a sexual way, but you're not embodying a teenager. Nonetheless, this is a fabulous photograph. Good work, Jolinne. - 7.5/10
Moe: You look decent up on that runway, not going to lie. But I just don’t see Gossip Girl in this shoot. I think your shot just missed the brief this week. - 3/10
El Divo: Lord hold me, that lovely-crazy bitch is back. You’re wearing that gorgeous dress Serena walked in for Mama Waldorf’s fashion show, too bad that’s not enough to make this good. Are you bullimic or something because one week you’re having air for breakfast and next week it's a Happy Meal. Get your proportions right. Keep working it gurl next week. - 6/10
Geneva: 3/10
Thankyou Jolinne. Up next is Karyna.
Constance: What is this!? Where is that AMAZING girl we saw in casting? Where is that girl who knows how to deliver the best photograph in the bunch? This is just a mess. And it doesn't help at all that you were, what, a week late? Time is money and there's just no excuse for that at all. Honestly, the styling is probably the only positive area of your performance this week. Your face is dead, there's something wrong with your hands, the editing is sloppy and there's just no energy whatsoever. It's such a shame too because you have one of my favourite looks out of all the girls, and we saw you deliver last photoshoot. I'm very dissapointed Karyna, if you make it through, take this as a wake up call. - 3/10
Moe: Your face is looking lovely. It looks like you’re strutting down the streets of New York as some high classed bitch and you look fabulous doing it. However, I think your body looks too big. IDK if its just the angle or if that’s your natural body, but try to make it look smaller next week. 7/10
El Divo: Excuse me but I think there must be a mistake here, this can’t be the same stunning girl from the castings. I have a gorgeous woman in front of me and a dead cute cop there. Too many people are believing in you Karyna to let us down that easily. Hope this wakes you up or I’ll be slapping you next time. - 7/10
Geneva: 6/10
Next up is… Claudia.
Constance: Darling, this is a very classy photograph! But I can't see your gorgeous big blue eyes, easily your strongest asset, behind those silly glasses! While I can see where you were trying to head with this, you didn't execute the idea properly. It's just a little flat. The styling is gorgeous and I love your broken down pose, but everything else is just a little mediocre. To stand out amongst the other girls, its essential you take risks. Think outside the square. Because darling, you do have one of the most amazing faces in the competition, but it's just not enough to stand out. Work it out next week. - 5/10
Moe: You look so chic and high class; just like me! I don’t have any major complaints with this shot, although, to be frank, I think you could’ve done more. - 8.5/10
El Divo: New York, Times Square, you looking classy with your 2008 garment, yes it’s GG. I almost like the pose and the outfit, but you need to take some risks otherwise you’re going back to Bel-Air soon. This amazing face better start working it or you’ll be singing California Gurls straight from the place it was written for. - 7/10
Geneva: 4/10
Thankyou Claudia. Zani, you’re up next.
Constance: Zani: Stunning. Absolutely STUNNING. This shoves a pile of shit in my face, because I didn't even look at you twice during the application process! My jaw dropped when I saw this photo, Zani. You brought a FASHIONABLE twist to the breif and your photograph stands out from the pack, and it's so obvious you know how to work your angles. The pose is gorgeous, your face looks striking, and the energy and mood of the photograph is very strong, and that's something I look for. The only thing i'm worried about Zani, is that you may become a one look wonder because of your hair, or lack of it. You're really going to have to bring it in the styling and makeup department to show us you've got many different looks. But nonetheless, this is a FANTASTIC photograph. Well done! - 10/10
Moe: Zani, you look great… but I just don’t get this shot. You yourself, great, but the rest of the shot is so confusing. The background is so smoky it looks like you’re in the setting of a mystery movie. It just really messes up how fierce you look. - 6.5/10
El Divo: Zani: I’ve got to admit darling, when I first saw you I thought you didn’t belong here but your performance has truly changed my opinion. This shot of you is stunning, fashion magazines would like to feature this as an editorial dedicated to the series. Your baldness is cute, it might be a bit limited though. Stunning gurl. 8.5/10
Geneva: 6/10
Alright, next up is Svetlana.
Constance: This is a very pretty photograph, Svetlana. You're so clasically beautiful and you're very lucky to be blessed with a look that never goes out of fashion. My main problem with you is the fact I think you're going to fade into the background as more girls go home, because you don't have that unusual face that stands out from the pack. So it's going to be your priority to really bring the edge in your posing so you don't just rest on pretty. I love the concept of this photograph and you know how to connect with the camera, but we just need to see SO much more. I want to see you take RISKS. You have so much potential, so don't let it go to waste, darling! - 7/10
Moe: I love how high class you look. You look so chic and gorgeous, however at the same time, I’m a little bored. I think you need to think outside the box more since I find this shot a little boring and dull. 7/10
El Divo: Finally someone who married that wealthy grandpa and lived richly ever after. Who are these two bitchy looking girls, oh wait they’re both you! Yeah you did a good job, just keep in mind good won’t always be enough. You have a stunning face, so don’t let me down otherwise you’re going back to Ukraine!. - 8.5/10
Geneva: 5/10
Next up is Ursula.
Constance: Why hello there, miss Waldorf! I'm definitely seeing the direction you took with this, it has Blair written ALL over it. You're smiling with your eyes and I love the expression you're giving, it's dominating - yet regal and sophisticated at the same time. One thing you've got to watch though, Ursula, is your editing. Some parts are very sloppy, especially your hands and the hair around your face. Try anti-aliasing [also known as blurring and smudging] the areas on the picture that look a little too rough and pixelated. That way, the end effect is more soft and blends well together. Also, I hope you like a change once in a while - because you're getting the most drastic makeover of all. I hope you're excited! Well done, Ursula. - 7.5/10
Moe: WORKKKK. I love it. You look like HBIC; you just look so commanding in this shot. Those bitches in the back got nothing on you. Definitely one of my favorites of the week. Just one thing: your body looks a little big, although it’s not too noticeable. - 9.5/10
El Divo: Miss Blair your tea is ready, Dorota is calling you. I’m glad someone went so stereotypical yet so classy. This picture might not perfect, but you got the bitch-please look right. It’s pretty, it’s GG and that’s enough. I’m still not convinced I’m looking at a high fashion model, things can change though if you keep improving. - 8.5/10
Geneva: 6.5/10
And last but not least, Gisela.
Constance: Gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous! You hit the nail right on the head Gisela, this shot embodies Gossip Girl to the tee. However, I was expecting a little more from you facially. It's very easy to tell you used the exact same head, makeup and hair from your previous photograph. I want to see you rock different hair every shoot, because you have a face that could pull off many different looks. I love the styling, I love the energy and I ADORE your background. The pose is chic, you're connecting with the camera, and outshining the extras. I don't have anything else to say except - keep this up and we'll see you in the final two. Mwah! - 8.5/10
Moe: Stunning. You look so high fashion, so high class. You just reek of attitude and gorgeousness. I see some of my attitude in this shot. I think you are the one to watch out for in this competition. Fantastic job; absolutely flawless. - 10/10
El Divo: Wow, this photo of you left me speechless, these bitches here better learn a lesson. It’s not just GG, it’s Gossip Girl meets Paris. Fierce, alienesque beauties are giving a run for your money people, just in case anyone wondered looking pretty is going to take you far. You raised the bar so high gurl. - 10/10
Geneva: - 8/10
THE JUDGES WILL NOW DELIBERATE AND DECIDE WHICH ONE OF YOU IS GOING HOME.
Thankyou, Ladies.

The 13 remaining girls, each dressed in matching pastels of grey, white and red strut into the room lavished with royal pink hues and strut their way up to the podium in front of the judging panel. Too many people are believing in you Karyna to let us down that easily. Hope this wakes you up or I’ll be slapping you next time. - 7/10

THE JUDGES WILL NOW DELIBERATE AND DECIDE WHICH ONE OF YOU IS GOING HOME.
